I ordered a hoodie from alphalete and it arrived within the scheduled time, even with COVID-19. I’ve ordered three pairs of leggings (camo surface pocket, Halo & Aero), the revival R6 shorts and the Aero bra on two separate orders. Many other cheaper options for same/better quality. I have not had a single problem with any item. I have three pairs of the alphalete revivals and they’ve all ripped in the crotch area after a few wears I really wish they were better quality because I really do love the fit and design but getting holes in the crotch is a big negative. Really disappointed in the level of service...I ordered sports bras from them for the first time and followed their size chart.
But only because I reached out - not because they proactively re-reimbursed me for multiple damaged products (noooo that would be insane). Head to our US Store to place your order.

Previous reviews make me slightly wary, but I really am a fan of Alphalete and will continue to buy so long as I continue to have a good experience with this company. So less than three months and there’s a hole in the left leg, so Gym Shark defiantly still tops Alphalete in the return/damage department. I hope customer service can become more of a priority as it seems like the main issue people are having - then hopefully people will have the same experience I have had and appreciate the product more! We hope that as we continue to evolve and grow in our products and our company that you will continue to show your support - and we don't mean just through purchasing but your feedback as well! The medium fit perfect, they wern’t tight, they hugged all my curves perfectly, wearing them currently around and it dosn’t even feel like I’m wearing pants.
No Shipment received and waiting for a month now, Really disappointed in the customer service. I was also scared to order because of the negative reviews, but ordered 2 pairs of leggings. Today, I noticed the seams in the crotch have started to come undone.
Would I like to exchange? So I basically paid $16 for nothing. The designs are dope and the materials super soft and stretchy, but the quality is still sooo bad :( I have cheaper leggings from other brands (such as Gymshark and Doyoueven) that have stayed in a perfect condition for years. Avoid at all costs! Would not buy again unless they rectify that issue because they are too expensive for the quality and longevity.
Word of caution do not use this company. After being heavily addicted to Gymshark leggings, I figured it was time to finally try another brand I’ve heard a lot about. *After receiving the leggings back, there is now a "stitch" that is scuffed up. I put them on and squatted down and they RIPPED up my crotch and I ended up with a massive hole from my crotch down the seam mid thigh. PLEASE FIX THE QUALITY AND STOP RAISING YOUR PRICES. Customer service argued with me in my first email about how the items that they gave me had stains in the places where people usually sweat. Shame on you! Women . Untill the first week of Feburary when I was in the middle of a cardio sesion and I looked down to see a hole in the left leg.
alphalete need to get their thing together when all this money coming in, alphalete just trusting these Chinese doing all this work, quality and fabric. So I’m overall pretty happy.

Very high quality stuff designed to last for years to come. It takes up to a week just to get sent out of their warehouse (sometimes even longer). They should bring back some old school stuff from the very first launch. I also have the Surface Wrap bra and a couple of T-shirts and they are just perfect. I also have one pair of the Halo leggings which I have used less than 10 times and yesterday, mid-workout I noticed that there was a big hole in the crotch... Not the best way to end the workout. Ordered on Black Friday nov 29th 2019 from Canada and today is December 31st 2019 and still haven’t received my items. Took one day from uk too Norway with shipping. Requested an exchange but due to the launch and sell out nature of their stocking they didn’t have any left and issued a refund minus $16 dollars for shipping. I will never be buying anything from Alphalete ever again, and will make sure to tell all my friends who buy from Alphalete to stop as well. This brand keeps increasing the price of the same items. Done with this brand and I would avoid if you can’t trust they will honor a return.
Additionally, though the prices on the items were very discounted during the Black Friday sale, the exchange rate and high duties ended up making the items more expensive than paying regular price after the fact. The items are exactly as advertised they have a large following on Instagram (with lots of images of the products to see exactly what your ordering). My latest order came on time, despite the promise of slight delays due to the pandemic. My credit card was charged immediately but the items have not arrived in time for Christmas. I have worn them no more than 5 times.
