Delicious. Originally serving up their Lebanese cuisine just for takeaway, it has still managed to make some noise around town. So much food, a massive variety, and if you run out, they top it up you might think that sounds expensive, but that’s 3 courses and we all walked away with lunch for the next day. So much so, that there have been queues every morning at 11am for diners to get their hands on some of Downtown Beirut's Middle Eastern flavours.

Having eaten exceptional Lebanese food in Sydney I found the food bland and the meat dry and tasteless. The food came out quickly, the meat options were delicious to those in our party who ate meat. The staff and owners could not be more welcoming and they just kept loading up our plates. The woman behind the business, Madeline, brings her vibrant energy and huge smile to the customers swinging through the doors, as do the equally vibrant staff.
Knew the menu back to front and were always there. Beyond happy with my dining experience at Downtown Beirut!!! Our group got the $55 per head plates and WOW!!!!

The platters are extremely generous, the food is mouth wateringly delicious, the meats were all cooked to perfection. The service was friendly, and the waiters were very attentive. Full of flavour and with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. Hamilton, Ontario. Also bringing the food out all at once means it gets cold before you eat it all.

Vegetarians and vegans are well and truly catered for with plenty of alternatives; hummus, tabouli, loubi beans, kibbi Veg, Spinach Pockets, and of course, Downtown Beirut’s signature smoked rice. 2) the guy who... couple days ago i come to this restaurant with a close friend. I have tried most of their meals and not once did they disappoint. To make sure we had an immersive, and full experience of the Lebanese cuisine, we of course, had to sample as much on the menu as our bellies could fit in.
