i hate xenoblade chronicles 2

That is the main reason I can't buy it. While I haven't come to a final conclusion on the game yet, I'd have to say that it's not as good as Persona. The combat is good, blades are great, worlds are wonderful, story so far isn't great but it's good, etc, etc, and most importantly, for me, the game is incredibly engaging. At this point I don’t think people should reply to his trolling anymore. People trumpet this game as some kind of fantastic rpg, and that's fine. I get that he owes his life to her and so has to protect her no matter what, but he doesn’t even question anything about it. Sure fetch quests in RPGS aren't a problem, they lack creativity, but they aren't an issue. I should start this off by saying that I only really hate the main character in Xenoblade Chronicles 2: “Rex”. What I hate about Xenoblade 2 is that it feels like everything you do is just a chore to go through. I think making the blade transfer orbs more available to allow players the choice of freely putting blades with their appropriate drivers would do wonders. My problem with 1 is twofold. So the fact that you say it wasn't Ni no Kuni scares me. Gamestop only had the expansion. The only point I'll 100% agree on are the field skills. You have to have some sort of luck to get what you need for said person. 1: I don't really like any of the characters and so the story fails to engage me. in this day and age this is very bad business practice. It really doesn't get going by like chapter 6. I think they're interesting, cause it requires you to be somewhat aware of the area around you. Expansion Pass only playable with the main Xenoblade Chronicles 2 game (sold separately). All you're saying is that I am terrible at it when you make false assumptions troll boy. I know many people balk at making a game easier, but all it does in XC2 is reduce enemy health pools while everything else stays the same. It feels too "kiddy" to me and I'll completely play some games made for kids...It just has a weird vibe to it...like it's trying to hard to be something without actually achieving it. Everything about this game is just a chore. Here's some of the games major faults, and why it deserves a spot in your backlog anyways. Leveling can take up to an hour or so per level. Field Skills...oh boy, these are the most obnoxious gameplay mechanic to ever infest a game. i see a wall of text with you ranting about how much you hate Xenoblade 2 and and at the end of it you say. Each enemy feels like they have a one million health bar, it takes like 6-7 minutes to just kill one of them, and you get such little EXP and money. I finally decided to get the Switch because I wanted to play Xenoblade more than any other game they have for the system. That's overkill in my opinion. What makes them so bad is that their required for some side quests and even for the main quest! The battle system had poorly thought out controls, the monsters respawned way too soon, the story was meh, the characters were annoying (especially lamp nose), and worst of all, I've never played a game that treated you like an idiot more and thought it had to lead you along and tell you absolutely everything. @dillydadally I also said, "Yes it's no Ni No Kuni, Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Final Fantasy, Tales of, but it's a wonderful title that has me wanting to play 1 and hoping for a 3." I've scraped this game so cleanly sidequest-wise thus far that what's left is basically connected to affinity charts, which can sometimes take a while to fill out due to the requirements sometimes being vague. Our world didn’t change much between WW1 and WW2, emphasis on much. It's not that I *needed* to use other characters In the first Xenoblade, it's that I didn't like the protagonists playstyle, but can't really switch away from it because mechanics often require frequent use of protagonist specific abilities.

You maybe wondering why I didn't invest in those, well I figured they're just optional and I didn't need to worry about using them for the main story....I was wrong. This game is just plain bad in my opinion, I rarely had any kind of fun during my 80 hour playthrough of this game.
