My kick starter is also slipping and not engaging the motor when I kick it quickly.. So i want ahead and installed HD clutch springs on my 06 110.
Some actually say there is low oil pressure at idle and it should be more like 1.5mm. think as the clutch lever as a no-compresion lever when starting your bike!! I installed a TB 88 kit and some heavy duty clutch springs this weekend. You can probably find something that will work at any hardware store.I take it you got it working.Too bad it's too cold to ride now.It wouldn't run worth a crap any way.I got my TB RH 88 kit done last fall and haven't really done anything with jetting yet cause I'll just have to change it come spring. Chinese/Import Minis - General Discussion, VerticalScope Inc., 111 Peter Street, Suite 901, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2H1, Canada. It's a little lever and a small coil spring.
Saves a lot of hassle. Please post any tech questions in "The Order of The Greasy Wrench" section. Took it all apart nothing broken, everything in the right place and springs are lined up and taught. I made mine 2mm because that is what the manufacturer recommended. If it's like the SDG kickstart I saw the other day, there is a washer that fits on the kickstart shaft, that doesn't fit all the way down the shaft, keeps the pressure on the ratchet mechanism. if you were as fast as me, you´d be pretty damn slow!!!
