You can always pre-cook it in the oven for 10 minutes (just pull it out when it’s still flexible). Going to start prepping it shortly. I just tried this recipe. No, but it would work the same. You do not need any additional seasoning on the backstrap before grilling. How would you do this on the grill? I am dying to try this for my husband.
