Meanwhile, my mom's perfectly working Fixed line service was cut and replaced with LTE FLLLA two weeks ago, with a faulty instrument that could not make calls, and now she sits without ANY service while Telkom argues about if the instrument she was issued with is faulty or not ...... and covered under warranty as installed by THEIR technician. Even if the equipment is brand new electronics can occasionally be lemons from the get go, generally Telus is awesome about replacing faulty equipment and repairs.
