I appreciate the MP restore a lot. The castanic passive is a difference of ~10 crit factor. Rolls won't be too important while leveling, just make sure your gear is the appropriate level for your character (meaning once you hit level 44, you should be looking to upgrade your gear to level 44 gear, then you'll upgrade again around level 50).
