35C same thing, Newark to GLA in 4F was great for overnight flight. Lots of leg room to stretch out, and unlike the row in front (20), row 21 does indeed recline.
The row does have a window on both sides however the window is slightly off centre, however it is still easy to use and look through the window fully.
